Learning & Development:

Learning & Development is a department within Human Resources that provides training and development to our KLBC team members including volunteers. It is mission critical that our teams go into their jobs with confidence, as every position at KLBC plays an important role in helping to save lives. We pride ourselves in our mission to prepare new team members for their roles and to support our current team members with continuing professional development.
